Purchasing and Policies


Due to the handmade nature of her work, Orli does not offer online point-and-click purchasing.  Orli’s exclusive designs are available by special order.  If you choose to obtain her designs, you will acquire an original piece of jewelry made specifically for you. 

Orli devotes equal intensity and dedication to both sourcing her materials and bringing her designs to fruition.  Because Orli is committed to hand-made creation, she can not achieve factory-generated perfection in her work, and no two creations will be exactly alike.

Please communicate your intended purchase via email.  You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding sizing (if deviating from Orli’s standard sizing) and allergies and/or sensitivities to certain materials.  


Payment is accepted via your emailed Paypal invoice and must be received and processed before the creation of your order is begun. 

Packaging and Shipping

Orli has made every effort to ensure that, whenever possible, her packaging is ecologically sensitive.  Orli is proud of the fact that her environmentally friendly jewelry boxes are made with box board that consists of 100% recycled materials, an average of 80% of which is post-consumer.  The boxes’ non-tarnish interior padding is 100% recycled, Process Chlorine Free (PCF), and manufactured with renewable hydroelectric energy.   

All packages are tracked and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


Orli always designs with an eye toward strength and durability.  She recommends storing your jewelry in its original packaging and handling it with the same tender loving care with which she makes her creations.

Returns and Repairs

If you are not satisfied with jewelry ordered from OrliPenny.com, you may contact Orli to arrange a return within seven days of delivery.  Returns must be sent within seven days of delivery with proof of purchase and the original packaging in an unaltered state using UPS or FedEx shipping.  Orli is not responsible for lost return packages.  Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. 

All of Orli’s creations are meticulously inspected and recorded prior to shipment.  Orli is happy to repair, free of charge, items ordered from OrliPenny.com that are received defective by the purchaser.  Any repair request as a result of mishandling would be subject to an estimate accounting for the nature of the repair and any necessary replacement of materials, if available.

Repair requests must be sent within ten days of delivery with proof of purchase and original packaging in an unaltered state using UPS or FedEx shipping.  Orli is not responsible for lost repair packages.  Repair packages will be sent back to the originally provided address unless a different address is provided with the return request.

Please Note

Designs that can not be duplicated for reasons relating to material and process are labeled within Orli’s portfolio as retired.  This designation indicates that, at the present time, Orli is unfortunately unable to accept orders for these designs.
